The S.P.E.C.T.S. framework is a solid structured approach for technical questions. What I find most valuable is the emphasis on staying at the conceptual level rather than diving into specific tech stacks - that's exactly where PMs should operate. The explicit separation of MVP vs nice-to-have features in the Product Requirements step is something I wish more candidates would do. Pro tip: practice walking through data flows out loud - it's where most candidates stumble because they try to hold too much in their head instead of verbalizing step-by-step.
